Participation requirements;

Ski training groups for children will be arranged for 6-10 people.

Children will receive 4 hours of group training. Ski equipment rentals,skipass are included in the training package.

5-11 Skiing for New beginners

5-11 age beginner skiers

5-11 age intermediate skiing

5-11 age advanced skiing

6-11 age snowboard beginners

12-16 Age Advanced Skiing (Alpine Skiing Training Camps)

PROGRAM DETAILS

Day 1

05:00 Meeting at a point specified for the group

05:15 Our departure with luxury buses and fruit juice, hot chocolate, soup, tea and coffee serving will continue along the way.
08:50 Arriving at the hotel and we go to restaurant for lunch while our rooms are prepared

09:00 Meeting in the ski room for ski equipment rental and ski room presentation &
09:15-11:15 Briefing for the group course and going to the track for the first course of our training camp
12: 30-13: 30 Noon break and noon set menu

For our guests who want to pay by credit card, we offer 1.5% carrying charge in one payment and 5% carrying charge in 5 installments. Axess and Bonus cards are available for installments.

  · Our team will include 1 organizer for the group, 1 staff for the children's club, 1 ski instructor and 1 coach per training group.

• This organization will be organized on behalf of kayaktatili.org and aims to prepare the children; participating in the training; for the races with the ski school within its structure. The continuation of the training camp will be held at the Erciyes ski resort on semester and weekends.

ABOUT CHRISTMAS SKI TRAINING CAMP;

Important Remarks

  - For group bookings, 50% no show will be charged if the entire reservation is canceled until 15 days before the date of stay.

  - For cancellations up to the last 7 days, 80% no show is applied.

  - In the last 7 days there is a 10% chance of reducing the room. No changes will be accepted in the last 3 days 100% no-show is applied.

  - If there is more than 1 child under 6,99 years in one room, 1 of them is free and the others are priced from 6,99-11,99 years.

 - Check-in day starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of check-out.

  - Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. – For late check-out on the day of departure; one night's reservation fee is applied.

  - Accommodation is all inclusive. (Draft beer, local vodka, standard versions of certain brands of raki and certain white and red wine, local gin) Alcholic beverages except those are chargeable.

  - Food is served in cold and hot buffet

  - Ski rental, ski lessons, snowboard lessons for rent, treatments in the spa center, boutique, photo, billiards, video game, kozalak café, mini market, hairdresser, bookstore, import drinks, food and beverages in the cafes on the track and rooms are chargeable.

  - Pets are not allowed.
